What's new

Pages have been corrected against the books, the Errata has new entries, and the French spellings of some names have been harmonized (Château Haut, Queue-de-terre). The English site now translates the names from Books 2 and 3, and uses those of the Edge Studio edition for Book 2: The Source of Meowgic and the Starter Set.

Crimsonfief gets an illustration by Lefliiip, who now has a page.

The 31 prompts of Chatonktober 2026 are online, with their poster.

The menu keeps only the main sections. On phones, the Menu button opens a window at the bottom of the screen that holds both the menu and search, and typing replaces the links with results.

Page text is larger, headings are better spaced and links are underlined. In dark mode, the background and text are softer, and callouts no longer run under illustrations.

Unlocked reserved content now shows, next to its heading, the book that unlocks it.

Each page once again shows, under its title, the date it was last changed.

Content reserved for book owners is no longer boxed: a gray vertical rule runs alongside it, with a padlock that follows you as you read.

The panel below a page title drops its frame and its pills: its information now sits between two rules, each field led by an icon. Pages that carry a lot of it, such as the Book 1 page, save a line.

The childhood cards PDFs are now public.

Cattributes and Purr-ecious items for the official childhoods are now reserved for people who own the relevant books.

Eleven general rules pages now match Book 1 more closely. Details on creating a Kitten and leads for official scenarios are reserved for the Storyteller.

Collapsible callouts and proof-of-purchase uploads for an access request can now be used with a keyboard. Screen readers also announce whether callouts are open or closed and identify the current page in the breadcrumb trail.

The Legal notice page is added, linked at the bottom of every screen.

Jean-François Beney, Enzo Cavalier and David Grollemund, who wrote Book 3, now have their own pages.

The five childhoods and two scenarios from Book 3, Shivering Whiskers and The Roots of Happiness, now have their own pages. The swamp's inhabitants and places were also added.

One hundred character, location, childhood and faction pages now feature artwork from the official books by Clément de Ruyter.

The Errata page is added.

Scene-by-scene flowcharts were added for The Disappearance of Grandma Scramble, Three Little Pigs, Selene's Nightmare, A Manor in the Mist and the four chapters of The Source of Meowgic.

The Relations page is added.

Boniface, Madame Roucoucou, Jack, Matthias, Plouf, Plaf and Plif and Paola now have their own pages alongside Gédéon, rather than appearing only on the Crew of the Summer Solstice page.

The Getting access page now explains which proofs of purchase are accepted, including for digital publications.

The mobile menu now has larger entries and groups the account and theme settings. The bottom bar keeps links to the menu, home page and search.

The Community Creations section brings together the Miatchoum homebrew rule, the Chalendrier Kingdom calendar and the Chatonktober drawing challenge. It also includes pages for Dealingtrap, Nicoz and Ook.

Scene-by-scene flowcharts were added for At the Heart of the Forest, Accident on the Road, Pigs in the Fog, A Funny Party and Kicked Out!.

The rules now state that helping a companion requires no dice roll. The 3D6 System, Heart Points, Catfights and Storyteller FAQ pages were also revised.

The Chatter Box, The Meowgic Lantern, The Golden Apple and The Scepter of Command now have their own pages.

The skill cards now have their own page. Each childhood names its source book, and the Sources page separates official material from community creations.
