The Meowgic Lantern

Appears in: Screen Booklet

Description

The meowgic lantern is a powerful lantern hanging from the gable of the Lantern Inn, on the central square of Mossrock. It lights up the village surroundings. It is made of two old truck headlights set in a tangle of salvaged cables, all enchanted and powered by ancient meowgic.

It was given to the first inhabitants by the Ombrumes, a noble family from Cat Tree City whom the king of the time had charged with running the village lands. The family lived in the manor built on the knoll that overlooks Mossrock.
