Book 2: The Source of Meowgic
The first supplement for Dungeons and Kittens, published in 2025 by the French publisher Studio Deadcrows for Book in Game. It looks into the origins of meowgic and of the animals' awakening, with a campaign of four adventures and six new childhoods. 144 pages, hardcover, color illustrations.
Contents
The book partly answers questions that Book 1 leaves open: where meowgic comes from, and how the animals awakened. Its appendices add six new childhoods and four ready-to-play characters.
Clément de Ruyter is credited for the setting, the cover and the illustrations, the latter made with help from Lucy Vallin. Trickytophe wrote the campaign, Monsieur Alceste, Coralie David and Jérôme Larré the childhoods. François Cedelle handled the editorial direction and did the page layout, based on John Grümph's.
The English edition, The Source of Meowgic, is published by Edge Studio (Asmodee Group).
Campaign
The book contains The Source of Meowgic, a campaign of four adventures that follow on from one another. Each takes about two four-hour sessions, around ten sessions in all.
