Beyond the Wall

Beyond the borders of the Kingdom of Cats lie less controlled lands where independent communities, ruins from the human era, and places beyond King Walter's rule coexist. This is where exiled Kittens find themselves, build bonds, and sometimes discover a new reason to live.

The City refers to the human structures still standing: concrete and steel buildings, paved roads, industrial installations rusting in the rain. Animals pass through without settling there. It feels bleak, tar-stained, and unsettling. Yet it holds passages to the VRI (Vast Inter-Rat Network), the vast underground network of the Kingdom of Rats, which allows discreet travel from one end of the world to the other.
