Cloud Island

Cloud Island appears on no known map. A bank of fog surrounds it.

It is a volcanic island. The white-sand beaches contrast with black rocks at the water's edge.

A dense tropical jungle covers the slopes of the crater, which smokes above the island. The seabed, transparent near the shores, reveals shoals of multicolored fish.

The island is nonetheless inhabited: a band of macaques defends its territory in the jungle and welcomes visitors poorly.

At the top of the volcano, visible when drawing near, something metallic glints.
