Dualeaper

Description

Dualeaper is a raccoon who's always cheerful, singing and hopping about (though he suffers terribly from gout). He marvels at the smallest things and always has a good joke up his sleeve. Easily recognizable by his clown outfit: huge red shoes, a squirting flower, and a top hat crowned with a big pair of hands that applaud at the slightest occasion.

He runs Bigwheel, an amusement park devoted to laughter and dreams, and commands the Rainbow Tumble Tribe. He is the bearer of Dreamsinger, a magic bagpipe capable of granting pleasant nights and soothing anxieties. His sworn rival is Edmund, bearer of the trumpet Nightscreamer.
