The Rainbow Tumble Tribe is a troupe of some thirty good-natured, jovial and friendly fellows of every species, in the service of Dualeaper. Recognizable by their diamond-patterned Harlequin uniform, half-moon hat and black mask, they keep the Bigwheel park safe with a gentle touch.

They are the longtime rivals of Edmund's Riders on the Storm.
