The Jammed Radio Tower

The Jammed Radio Tower is an old metal tower standing on a faraway hill, visible from the Heights of Cat Tree City. It gives off a flashing light and sometimes a strange melody drifts from it.

The taverns of Cat Tree City say it is topped by a meowgic artifact, the Chatter Box. Reaching it takes a long road to the tower, then a perilous climb.
