The Heights

The Heights are the upper floors of Cat Tree City, made up of palaces, lavish restaurants and shops selling Purr-ecious items, among them Bobbins', the famous toy store run by Taro. It is the favorite playground of the suburban Kittens, who love to hang out there despite the attempts of the royal guard, Licorishi among them, to drive them off.

There is a superb view, plenty of nooks, majestic halls closed to the public and treats to pilfer.
