The Countryside

The Countryside is the gently rolling land that stretches beyond the walls of Cat Tree City as far as the eye can see. Generations of farmers have carefully tended its fields and pastures.

Far from the cramped verticality of Cat Tree City, the countryside Kittens live in the open air among the fields. Living far from the capital, however, leaves them far more exposed to raids by the Yardogs.

The village of Mossrock lies in these lands. Tina, a bird who never learned to fly, roams them too, following Kittens everywhere to gather stories for her family.
