Walter's Apartments

Walter's apartments begin on the 100th floor, hidden from the people and even from his own courtiers. On rare occasions the public sees only the first room, the throne room. Walter keeps a larder packed to the brim there, discreet bodyguards who take turns every three hours, and a private lift through which he secretly receives the worst individuals in the Kingdom.
