Vizir Chilli

Description
Vizir Chilli is the king's officer who runs the fair on the Showground of Cat Tree City. He organizes the fair, places the merchants, settles disputes, enforces trade laws, protects customers from swindlers and collects taxes. He used to be an energetic and loyal Cat.
Since Walter exiled his daughter, perhaps because Vizir never managed to stop the damage to the royal statue, he has lost his drive. He stops a little too often in the cabarets around the square and lets offenses slide that he would never have tolerated before.
