Description
Vizir Chilli is the royal officer in charge of the Showground: organizing the merchants, managing the stalls, settling disputes, enforcing trade laws and collecting taxes. A demanding post that once called for energy and rigor, two qualities he had.
Since his daughter was exiled by order of King Walter (perhaps in retaliation for failing to prevent damage to a royal statue), Vizir is no longer the same. He lingers in the nearby taverns and lets slide offenses he would never have ignored before.
