Highcastle School

Highcastle School is the Kingdom's school of meowgic, built on a former water tower. After Cat Tree City, no place in the region is more impressive.
The meowges enchanted the water of the great cistern, and it has turned the local flora into a colorful, marvelous jungle. This little paradise still depends on Walter's authority, and those who live there must answer to him.
The headmistress, the great archmeowge Milena, holds Walter in low regard. The meowges of Highcastle maintain the tower's great greenhouse and keep it hot.
