The Red Hooks
Description
The Red Hooks are one of the two big gangs in Corktown, along with the Maggots. They operate mainly in The Hook district (dark alleys, crowded markets, taverns) and do not hesitate to extort the most vulnerable residents.
Their leader, the lizard Balthazar, is notably trying to impose a protection tax on Mrs. Cuddles' dispensary. The Rinswith-Gutrotters' Iron Loins tolerate their existence, never stepping in against them.
