The Black Horns are a mercenary army made up of several species. All wear over their armor a dark tabard marked with a black goat's head and large horns, including those who are neither goats nor horned Animals.
Their leader is Dark, a black goat with one broken horn. He commands them from Misty Valley, where their camp sits on top of the Dam, a structure from the old world.
