Description
Ignatius is the owner of The Smoking Cat Tavern, in the Soot District. Perfectionist but never haughty, he's one of the most beloved figures in the district. He refused to become King Walter's official cook to stay true to his customers.
The meowgic dispensers
Ignatius knows the location of the meowgic dispensers throughout the Kingdom. He regularly stocks them with treats for exiled Kittens and keeps a hand-drawn map that he can share with especially polite visitors.
