The Smoking Cat Tavern

Despite its location in one of the poorest districts of Cat Tree City, the Smoking Cat Tavern draws visitors from afar, including a good part of the nobility. The food, made entirely from roasted and braised vegetables and fruit, is renowned as delicious.

Ignatius, the owner, makes no difference between his customers: needy or noble, all eat their fill whatever their budget. Inside, people mingle around three large tables, in the warmth of great ovens and cooking smells. A corner is set aside for the youngest, surrounded by shelves of wooden toys and storybooks. When the weather allows, the tables move out into the garden.
