Description
Doctor Mojo is an octopus scientist who wears a colorful diving suit and speaks with a posh high-society accent. He has settled on the Isle of Evimettal, a former oil platform lost in the mist off the coast of Corktown.
He wants to give speech to beasts, the way it came to Animals when the big-bare-butts disappeared. To do so, he has them drink seaweed potions at set hours and gives them lessons in speech and gesture. His assistant is Lemi, a puffin.
