Description
Doctor Mojo is an octopus in a colorful diving suit, speaking with an affected high-society accent. Settled on his metal isle, a former oil platform in the mist off the coast of Corktown, he devotes his life to reproducing the miracle of speech in animals: making every beast the equal of an Animal. His methods are unorthodox. He is assisted by Lemi, a puffin.
