Ptolemeow's Bazaar
A shop tucked away in a narrow alley of the Marketplace, larger inside than it looks from the outside, with its many levels and half-levels. It is filled with everything that has fallen into oblivion: chipped cups, old yellowed papers, odd socks, buttons of every color (never two alike), rusty nails, pencil stubs. Visitors will find nothing of interest and leave with the feeling of having wasted their time.
That is precisely the intended effect. The keeper, Ptolemeow, is a hopeless merchant but an excellent spy, Walter's Chief Spy in fact, who uses this shop as a cover to coordinate a vast network of informants across the whole Kingdom.
