Selene

Description

Selene is a spirit born from meowgic's return to earth. She takes the form of an immense owl with leafy plumage, crowned with two great horns made of flowering branches. She has slept for a long time, lulled by the melodies of the Dreamsinger, and thus watches over the Slumbering Forest, whose soul she is.

Her dreams are the source of the wood's vitality: soft moss beneath campsites, fountains murmuring among the trees, double rainbows above clearings. But when her dreams turn to nightmares, the worst creatures can take shape and spread terror through the forest.
