Description
Rik Rinswith-Gutrotter is the albino pig who runs the harbor-master's office at Land's End Port, in Corktown. He is the one who collects the port taxes and tries, as best he can, to manage the comings and goings of ships in this chaotic district.
Like every member of the Rinswith-Gutrotter family, he looks first and foremost after the interests of his line, which in practice controls a large share of the port's economic life.
