Qwak Rinswith-Gutrotter is the revered patriarch of the Rinswith-Gutrotter family, the powerful line that controls Corktown's port. He presides over the fate of the Brewery of the Venerable Qwak Rinswith-Gutrotter, an outsized industrial installation dedicated to beer production, comparable in scale to a refinery.
His name is attached to the sign of the most imposing establishment in the port district, which says enough about his standing within the family and the city.
