Plonky is a bad-tempered skunk who owns Better Here Than There!, the shabbiest inn in Corktown, facing the Daedalus District in the Hook. All the city's riffraff gather there. Plonky has a quick hand and an intimidating stare, and that is what keeps fights from breaking out all the time.
