Description
Mr. Mooner is a ginger cat with wide amber eyes, dressed like a dandy, cane in hand. A famous smuggler with a bounty on his head from Walter, he brings goods into the city while dodging the taxes and coordinates a loyal crew from his secret hideout in the forest.
He is an old friend of Grandma Scramble, one of the first Kittens she took in during her exile.
