Description
Mr. Mooner is an elegant Cat with a ginger coat and large amber eyes, dressed like a dandy, cane in hand. This famous smuggler, with a price on his head from Walter, brings all kinds of goods into the city without paying the king's taxes. He leads a small, loyal crew from his hideout in the forest.
He has known the forest and its inhabitants since his own exile.
