Bombo

Description

Bombo is an enormous, very old pirate tortoise. Her shell, bristling with sharp coral and scarred by many battles, carries a small mast flying a black flag. She sees herself as the mother of all the world's pirates and leads a band of tortoises who scour the seas under a red flag, without a ship.

Rumor has it she settled on an island that bears her name, Bombo's Island, now a haven for pirates from every sea: bad rum flows freely and stolen loot changes hands there, often over dice.
