Crusty

Description

Crusty is an old one-eyed tomcat who's not quite all there anymore. He wanders the Soot District, begging and clingy, harmless but unable to see his good intentions through. When he dozes off, head nodding, he sometimes mutters stories of thrones and a traitorous nephew.
